Information
Driving Directions
We are located along State Hwy 38 between State Hwy 101 to the west and Interstate 5 to the east.
A welcome email will provide detailed directions upon your arrival.
Checkin & Checkout
A message will be sent a few days before your stay with directions to The Cottage, a code for unlocking the door, and Wi-Fi connection.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm on arrival day.
Check-out time is 11 am on departure day.
When you’re ready to check out, please do the following:
-Turn off lights and small appliances
-Please be sure to remove all food from the home
-Empty trash in all rooms and place it by the back door in kitchen
-Place all used linens in the bathroom
-Leave all bedding on the bed
-Lock all doors
House Rules
- 6 guests maximum
- Pets allowed
- Quiet hours 10-8
- No parties or events
- Commercial photography allowed
- No smoking
Cancellation Policy
- Guests can cancel until 24 hours before check-in for a full refund.
- If guests cancel inside the 24 hour period, there is no refund.
